Your role will be to lead, manage, and develop the premises, health and safety, and cleaning operations across a cluster of school sites. The post holder will ensure all locations provide safe, clean, compliant, and highly functional learning environments while directly line-managing site-based teams and external contractors. • Proven experience managing facilities, estates, or operations across multiple physical sites

• Health, Safety & Statutory Compliance experience including statutory testing, risk assessments and audit readiness
• Maintenance & capital works experience including planned & reactive maintenance, contractor management and site security
• Cleaning operations & hygiene experience including standards enforcement and stock & equipment control
• Financial & environmental sustainability experience including budget management and energy management
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
