If you are passionate about giving every child the best start in life, we would love to hear from you!   About the Role: We are seeking fully qualified and dedicated Early Years practitioners to support our partner nurseries as they continue to grow. This role offers flexible working, with long-term temporary to permanent opportunities for the right candidates. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll help create safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environments where children can thrive.   What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have:

• A Level 3 full and relevant childcare qualification
• A strong working knowledge of the EYFS and current safeguarding procedures
• A genuine passion for early years education
• A paediatric first aid certificate (preferred, but training can be provided)
• A warm, caring, and professional approach when working with children, colleagues, and families
• Flexibility in availability and hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a key person for a small group of children
• Building positive, professional relationships with parents and families
• Working closely with external agencies to support children’s development
• Planning and delivering fun, engaging, and purposeful learning opportunities (under the direction of the Room Leader)
• Observing, assessing, and monitoring children’s progress

Working Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• Various shifts available between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Flexibility required
