Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only, 8am to 4pm
Unique School Solutions are supporting a specialist provision in Sheffield who are needing a Key Stage 3 & 4 Food Technology teacher, to cover sickness. You will be planning, delivering and marking schemes of work to small groups of vulnerable and disengaged Key Stage 3 & 4 students, with the support of a Teaching Assistant. The role is to start in September 2026, and will be ongoing cover a sickness absence.

Essential requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working within a school or similar setting – Must be within the last two years for at least 3 months
- PGCE Design Technology (preferably with a specialism in Food)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- The ability to build rapport with vulnerable, at risk and disengaged learners
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Resilient but empathetic nature
