Working hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week between hours 7.30am – 6pm (on rota)

Essential requirements for the role:

• Level 2/3 Early Years qualification (Level 3 desirable)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and child‐centred practice
• Experience working in an early years or nursery setting
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
• Confident in observing, assessing, and planning for children’s development
• Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and high‐quality care
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work well as part of a small, supportive team
