Unique School Solutions is supporting a secondary school in the S10 area of Sheffield to appoint an enthusiastic and talented SEND Teaching Assistant on a long-term temporary basis from September 2026. This is a full-time, long-term ongoing role.

The role

• Supporting SEND students to access curriculum content within a classroom environment
• Working on a 1:1 basis with students with SEND needs including Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and SEMH
• Working as part of the SEND team

Essential requirements for the role:

• Previous/recent experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant in a school environment
• Experience working with students with a range of SEND needs
• The ability to work with small groups of students supporting learning
• The ability to work with students on a 1:1 basis supporting learning
