Unique School Solutions are supporting a larger secondary school in Sheffield who are needing a Behaviour Manager ASAP. Your role will involve managing behaviour throughout the school; being on call for classroom removals, corridor walking, and overseeing the behaviour room. The role is to start ASAP and for the right person could lead to a permanent job after 12 weeks.

Essential requirements for the role:
- Previous experience of working with young adults aged 11-16
- Strong behaviour management skills
- The ability to build rapport with young people whilst remaining professional and maintaining behaviour rules
- Resilient nature
- Good level of physical fitness – This is a challenging role
