Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only, 35.5 hours a week

Unique School Solutions are supporting a large Secondary school in Sheffield. They are needing a Teacher of Art & Photography cover a maternity leave from November 2026, for a year.

You must possess a track record of successful teaching practice, underpinned by strong subject knowledge. In addition, we are seeking candidates with highly developed communication and organisation skills combined with the ability to engage, enthuse and motivate the students to achieve their potential.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status
• Have excellent curriculum knowledge
• Be able to set high expectations

• Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
• Plan and teach well-structured lessons
• Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all students
• Make accurate and productive use of assessment
• Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
