Salary: £28,282.00-£29,269.00 FTE (£26,269.08 - £27,185.84 pro rata)
September 2024 start date or as soon as possible
Unique School Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a Secondary School in the Barnsley area to appoint a PA to the Principal who will also have Office Management responsibilities. 
Essential requirements for the role:
- 5 GCSE's or above / equivalent including English & Maths
- Previous experience within Administration 
High level experience of using Microsoft Office packages including word processing, e-mail and excel
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and policies
- Previous experience working within a school or similar establishment would be advantageous
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing efficient and effective support to the Principlal as required
- To line manage the office staff
- To build and develop relationships with staff at all levels
- Organise and minute take during Council, SLT meetings and provide confidential administrative support to the Principal
- Prepare reports when required by SLT
- Receive, prioritise and forward the Principal's correspondence including telephone calls, e-mails and post
